Well the other forum is getting locked down in 6 days. That is going to force some hands regardless. 
And I’m waiting for us to switch the Autoflower.org domain over before we start going ham on promoting the new Discourse site. So it’s kind of a “hurry up and wait.” At least until the end of the month.

Derek is going to be bringing a lot of his people here from his groups once we’re live with the new domain. I know several of the breeders are chomping at the bit to get some grow journals going on here on the new site.
We’re going to be cooking with gas pretty quickly.

If you are growing their genetics, I’d like to encourage everyone to join their groups to help support them! This allows them to mention their own groups with the @ tag (so if you’re in the Dutch Passion group, Antonio can tag you all (as long as you joined his group) with promos, announcements, etc.)
If it gets spammy, we’ll either step in (this a new option, but limited to vendors, who hopefully understand people don’t want to get spammed,) or again you’re allowed to leave the groups at any time (which has no negative consequences other than you not being involved in group tags or showing up in their group activity feed.)

This is also useful for our breeders and/or vendors to promote their space on here. They can send out an invite link to the forum that brings them to the group join space. They build their numbers with the growers that want to follow them, and we’re gaining general members.
