You know….you can have as many Seed companies on site as you want..you just can’t promise them a Test Team..we don’t have enough Cultivators ATM…
But that doesn’t stop you having 100 seed companies on site..just don’t promise them Testers..for now…

A T-break for me is a few days 
10+ weeks? I couldn’t do it…
Maybe look at some of the “fast" photoperiod variants. They take the quick flower genes from Ruderalis. With a short veg they could be ready to chop in 8-9 weeks.
There are some ultra fast autos as well, but I haven’t tried them.
With 3 runs per year I haven’t run out since I started growing. (except the 2 year building remediation) I always have a minimum assortment of 8 ounces at any given time.
