📦 Next ProTerp Production Run Almost Ready

The next production run of our 2026 ProTerp 600W and 800W fixtures is currently in final assembly, aging, and packaging. Shipping is expected to begin in approximately 2 weeks.

Demand has been incredibly strong, and previous batches moved much faster than we anticipated. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade your lighting or start a new room, now is a good time to secure your fixture rather than waiting for inventory to land chances are they will be sold out and the next fixtures won’t be shipping until late September

The 2026 ProTerp Series was designed to bring a true CMH/Sunlike-inspired spectrum into a high-efficiency LED platform without sacrificing performance. Featuring 437nm peak whites, 450nm peak whites, 480nm cyan, 525nm green, dual red (640nm & 660nm), and independently controllable/dimmable 730nm far-red on both the 600W and 800W, it delivers one of the most complete spectra available while maintaining up to 3.23+ PPE.

Where are these built? Who’s diodes are you using? What driver do you use? Aren’t green LED considerably less efficient than other colors? It would seem that they would affect your PPE.

Custom binned 437nm pump whites, ledestar 302k YZ bin 450nm pump whites, ledestar 480nm and 525nm, osram reds, ledestar 730nm. Yes green is less efficient than whites. When you’re driving them at their peak performance which works out to around 5 diodes a watt in most cases you can do some pretty amazing things with effeciency and spectrum shaping without having to really sacrifice to much. I’ve got a basic white + red fixture with 39% total red in actual output sitting here that hits 3.4 PPE at the fixture level next closest thing is probably dimlux they hit 3.6 PPE but are using 65% red to do it with that much red if you drove the diodes at optimal current you can get a lot closer to 4.0 now days you normally don’t see stuff like that outside of green houses though. We use a couple different drivers, external drivers we use fahold and are in the process of having tbw do custom drivers for us that better match how we utilize far red still waiting on UL and ETL and a couple other things for them, but they are coming. Will be a seamless switch also, should a fixture with a fahold driver have a driver failure for whatever reason the custom drivers we’re doing with tbw will be what’s sent as a replacement and with. future lights. Fixtures with internal drivers are Inventronics.
