Definitely not ,I have never had mildew in my garden indoors.I have encountered outdoor gardens with it .I was taught cannabis gardening by my parents I could spot actual powdery mildew as a kid

I got more hills Autos coming up to be honest I dropped quite a few seeds when I didn’t have fast germ
an they all popped I will have to gather up another pot for the xtra hills autos
look reminds me of gelato
