Pork in the USA has been ruined through breeding, formula feed and Ractopamine.
In the late 70s during the fuel crisis corn was diverted to fuel and was made too expensive for pig feed. Cheaper “formula” feeds took it’s place along with Ractopamine. Constantly breeding for leaner meat is the final nail in your pork chop.
I bought some really expensive “Old World” Berkshire pork chops with no Ractopamine, it had beautiful marbling but was missing that old pork flavor. I was disappointed.

Probably some bullshit breeding they do like with tyson brand chickens! I saw a documentary about them and they have bred their chickens to have ginormous oversized breasts but it also comes with health problems for the chickens! Makes em get so big they can’t stand upright at times cuz their legs can’t support the weight! And if u raise chickens for tyson u gotta get the chicks from them!

Yeah..mine got 3 or 4 ft tall in the big pot self supporting…until the wind storm came..
I was wanting them to tumble..just not all on one side…
…more a middle parting…
The tendrils are mass…but my hand could instinctively zap straight through if there was a prize pea at the end of it….
