Light and heat affect metabolic rate..which affects the speed of transit through the body..and most people drink more fluid when they are somewhere hotā¦so a bit of the trots is normal..
ā¦but ..all inclusive food in underdeveloped countries are like Russian Roulette.
It was the first holiday ever where I couldnāt wait to get home.
Little bit of balance.. couple from the same place as us in the UK..with a 12 year old son said it was the best holiday they had ever been on..non stop entertainment.
I wouldnāt care..but because it was a trip of a life time.. hubbys retirement pressy..it cost 3 X the price of our usual European holidaysā¦
..i wish heād chosen for a month in Greece instead..

But the humidity haze hung all day ..
