I’ve got a new grill to Learn….
..the updated all bells and whistles super version of my beloved Ninja..
We got it to coincide with the kids coming..but I only used it the once to do burgers and sausages…and it was telling me when to flip them too….hmmm…not sure if I’m keen on a machine bossing me about …..but…I will admit it made a better job than me with fat sausage..which I tend to overcook..incase the middle is still pink…

Not really….supposed to storm later today into tomorrow…. So we’re doing an extra long walk this morning….and getting the yard picked up and ready for wind.
Since it’s Saturday, we get to walk down past a goat farm. Dude loves seeing them…it’s his favorite walk.
New grills are always exciting! I would probably silence the bossy part though. That would take the fun out of cooking for me…
I like to smoke those sausages. You can eat them as is, or sear them off in a pan for some caramelization…
