It was already in flower. What was the purpose of injecting it “late”? Make S1s on the same plant?
I think the next reversal high attempt, i’m gonna go ahead and use your injection method. I think it should prove interesting.

Where should I source STS, And how much do you inject into the stem to flip the whole plant?
my game plan is to flip one entire plant as a donor male, And then use his pollen on four different strains of females to get several different crosses at once
Buy the dry ingredients on Amazon and mix when needed. Less expensive and the dry ingredients will last a lot longer.
Silver thiosulfate and silver nitrate.

Amazon was a bit of a struggle for me
You can use any reversal agent that you can get online. It doesn’t have to be STS mix as directed for a spray and inject up to 10 cc per node. It only takes one injection. If you do it early enough, you will flip the whole plan and that will be enough to pollinate a half a dozen plants or more.
