Much better. What day is she on?

I had the same topping issue with stubby. The top was barely hanging on and there wasnt enough room to do repairs. I did my best to get the stem back together touching then propped it up with leaves to hold it there. I didnt disturb her for a few days and it stayed in place. She ended up fixing herself but only half the stems width. Pretty cool.

If you peek at the one in the back it is a mutant!

it grew those first little set of leaves, and then after that, it was like the plant had topped itself, and I never really got much bigger

Super stunted, but I’m hoping to pull an ounce of some really good bud off of it

Same strain and all that? Just grew smaller? Hard to see but thats maybe a couple OZs depending on how she finishes.

No she is a different one.

Crème de la Chem.

Honestly, I’ve had nothing but problems with that strain and won’t be growing it again

The @Dutch-Passion Auto Daiquiri Lime is going to be a monster I think. 31 days above the cube and not a pistol to be found

Youve got yourself a small jungle over there! I was going to suggest removing a few more leaves the other day when i asked how old. I didnt because of the timeframe. She could throw pistils any day and you’ll be stripping her soon after that. The idea there is that you dont want to add unnecessary stress in order to let her take full advantage of the beginning of stretch.

With that said she is pretty crowded and twisted up. If thats my plant Im taking a few leaves. I added some arrows pointing to what I see in the top down pic. The red arrows should always be targets when defoliating. Almost any leaf that is growing back towards the center of the canopy is a target. Dont over do it but take a couple of the bigger ones causing problems. The blue arrow is pointing towards that leaf thats all twisted up. I target these as a secondary priority. The plants need leaves but if a leaf is twisted like that its abilities are drastically less efficient. It might even be a net drain on the plant in some cases. As a final pass I would look below the monster fans and if the growth is wilted looking take that big fan or tuck it out of the way. Dont go crazy and be selective but you might remove 6-8 leaves in there.

That last set of photos was AFTER I had taken around 12-15 more leaves, after the original 4 I removed the first time we talked about it.

This is just now. ^

Like you said, I could keep taking a few more but I am thinking I will get pistols in the next 7 to 10 days and I want to utilize as much of that initial stretch as I can.

If you think I should still take more, I will.

like you said I know that Schwaz is going to be coming sooner than later at this point.

Yeah, I take any larf and sugar leaf trim and just wash it for head stash.

I’m not a huge fan of edibles, and I don’t have a freeze dryer or press to make my own rosin.

Subbed. I’m watching you 420autoflower guys. Killer work.

Tried to move some things around to allow more light and really let these thicken up.

The grease gun on the left smells like a grape soda.

The Four Assed monkey on the right just smells like some kind of sticky sweet candy.

Also fully switched out the reservoir and went from the “flora nova” series by General hydroponics to the Athena “blended” line.

The nova bloom has too much N in it imo. I think that’s one of the reasons for so many sugars and extra foliage. All 3 of my plants that used it have tons of sugars. Pita to trim. Looking forward to seeing your experience with Athena.

I just switched the Auto Daiquiri Lime/ Anvil F9 to Athena nutrients as well.

I’ll tell you this much off of just one day. It is bar none the cleanest nutrients I’ve ever mixed.

Without a meter in there, I would have no idea there was nutrients in that reservoir
