With thousands and thousands of hours in R&D, side by sides and refinements in real grows, over 18 months we designed these to replicate the balanced multi-peak behavior growers loved from CMH and MH + HPS combinations, while pushing modern LED efficiency and output dramatically further.
This is not another red-heavy “high efficacy” fixture.
This is a true multi-peak CMH / Sunlike style spectrum engineered around plant response, canopy penetration, morphology, spectral balance, and real-world high PPFD performance.
We started with a true CMH / Sunlike style spectrum first, then pushed the efficiency as far as possible without destroying the spectral balance.

Built for structure, morphology, signaling, reduced stretch, and oil/resin production.
Emerald Green
525nm for deeper canopy activation, better whole-canopy photosynthesis, and reduced stress at high PPFD.
Dual Red Architecture
Dominant 660nm paired with controlled 640nm for spectral smoothing, efficiency, and curve refinement.
Not magic terpene wavelength hype.
Not “dual red terp boost” marketing.
640nm is there to smooth the CMH / Sunlike spectral curve and improve spectral completeness — not because a second red spike magically creates better flower.
Independently Dimmable 730nm Far Red
Far red should be controllable, not forced.
With independently dimmable 730nm, growers can manage stretch response, morphology, canopy behavior, and flowering timing based on cultivar and environment.
Most companies start with efficacy targets first and then overload the spectrum with red until the numbers on the spreadsheet look good.
Or worse:
They select an existing OEM platform, swap a few diodes, put their logo on it, and call it “R&D.”
That is not how the ProTerp Series was developed.
We handle our own spectral engineering, diode selection, PCB architecture, diode layouts, electrical tracing, and power routing design in-house.
These are not recycled factory platforms with minor modifications.
Every aspect of the ProTerp platform was engineered from the ground up around thermal performance, spectral balance, electrical efficiency, diode density, and real-world horticultural performance under high PPFD conditions.
That level of control is how you build a true 3.0+ PPE CMH / Sunlike style platform without sacrificing the spectral quality that most high-efficiency fixtures lose.
