Leftover ribs for dinner last night. I reheated them in the air fryer, it worked well. no pics?

High protein breakfast today.

I just had a couple of burritos from last night’s left over left overs :haha: I made a Mediterranean style fajita from the left over fried chicken. We always eat all of the fried skin when first cooked so the meat is pretty lean. I used a can of “fire roasted” tomatoes, drained, olive oil, onion, 1/2 can of green olives drained, Red Bell Pepper, salt, pepper. The left over leftovers was very good maybe better than yesterday.



Turkey bacon and egg sanny for breakfast.

ps. the avocados are coming from Mexico right now and they are the best!

Carnival food for dinner last night. I made cheese sauce to dip the fries and corndogs!

Then a normal breakfast, sausage, hashbrowns and eggs.


The Espresso is so damn good Yemen/India roasted fullcity+ 8 days off the roast.

Did he corned beef thang on St patty’s. The wife dont care for the cabbage, so I made this batch with some beef bacon talo i had saved.
It paired superbly and looked quite photogenic.

Thai Curry for dinner last night. I garlic hot smoked grilled chicken thighs, used a package of mixed frozen vegetables and this sauce mix I bought at Trader Joe’s added some fresh spinach and dollops of yogurt.



It was delicious for 3 full seconds then it was like I had a mouth full of light bulb filaments and they just turned on! OMG that stuff was jet fuel ignited hot. It was too hot for Ms. MOG and she eats stuff way hotter than me. I was able to eat what was on my plate with some dollops of cool yogurt. So if you like it hot give this one a try!

My creative cooking juices have not been flowing. I am trying to figure out what to do for dinner as I post yesterdays spur of the moment meal. I cut up and fried a country pork rib with some onion, S&P. Made a quick pico and roasted some cruciferous. Ms. MOG found a new GF tortilla and we really like them.

Was at the BnLaw place for an impromptu meeting with lawyer to get paperwork signed or we’d have to wait another month for opening on their schedule. So ribs were on sale and I grilled

I decided to grind up the country style ribs and made tacos and sausage patties out of them last night.

It is hard to get the spices just right in the sausage to mimic McD but this was very good indeed.

St. Louis style ribs on the rotisserie with Jerk Marinade.

The soggy, slimy texture of the frozen corn was horrible. I guess it has been 10 years or so since I tried frozen corn on the cob, wow that was dissappointing.

Ooh La La pancakes! butter and real maple syrup. The espresso is Brazil/Sumatra so good!
