Eggroll in a bowl.
Bed of rice, edamame, shredded carrots n cabbage (cole slaw bag) ground turkey seasoned with soy n spices green onion atop.
It was a tasty banger.

Wife made stuffed peppers using the Instapot pressure cooker takes 15 minutes and the peppers fall apart
