It is hard to find all of the different chili powders in the chorizo blend in one store. We used to buy 35# barrels of the different chili powders at the restaurant. I usually resort to Amazon and even at that this year I had trouble finding the Dark Ancho Molido chili powder this year. It is even hard to find Gephardt’s sometimes. In a pinch just mix a dark, a medium and a light colored chili powders as the base. Since you do not know what it is supposed to taste like it will be good!

Folks, he may be the most high Lat grower (OD’s) around,… stunning what Trail and wife have been able to do, x10 considering their age and the fact they are in the middle of nowhere, literally! To give you an idea, their satellite dish points at the horizon, just above the mountain peak…
