This is my Mephisto Bear Force One autoflower, exactly 29 days from breaking soil on April 21th. She just pushed out her first official pistils today and is transitioning into pre-flower!
This is the setup
Light: LED sitting around 35-36cm from the top canopy
Environment: 24.3°C and 58% to 66% RH
Nutrients: Growing in soil, just gave a thorough watering today and starting light Biobizz Bio-Grow nutrients in a couple of days to fuel the stretch.
Noticed a tiny bit of leaf tip tucking today after the massive water, but the main leaves are sitting flat. Just wanted to share her milestone and see if anyone has any tips as she heads into the explosive vertical stretch phase. Cheers!
@Firsttimegrower You are off to a great start. What kind of soil are you running?
When you water/fertigate water the entire pot. Remember you are watering the microbes in the pot to keep them alive not just the plant and they live in the entire pot.
You may want to consider a better light as your next investment.
This is the light I’m using but on Reddit 3 people have told me it’s already flowering and no more growth will happen and well that’s it for the growth part … such a shame but I’m guessing it’s called first time for a reason
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that light is nearly worthless. Your plant is not done growing and a normal plant will double or triple in height after flowering starts. The problem is the plant cannot get enough energy with that light. It will get bigger. Run that light 20 hours a day wit 4 hours off.
All is not lost though, You are learning what it takes to grow.
Can you take a picture of the guaranteed analysis and post it for me.
Yh 20/4 is what I’m doing it has a timer but the leafs are green and showing new growth green ect im just confused on how its flowering so early on but good news I have a friend is going to give me his whole tent setup this Friday so im going to see this plant through till the end and then start fresh with a a different soil do u have any suggestions on a good mix I can do for my next run and here’s a picture of what I used
Your plant is not done growing and it is barley flowering.
I cannot find that Miracle Grow here in the states. I need to see what is in it. On the back of the bag is a list of what is in it take a picture and post it here. what I need looks like this:
Many Miracle Gro products have time release nutrients if yours does you do not need to feed that soil anything it will have plenty for the entire grow.
Oh really yeah that’s what I thought I done some research and it says it stacks a couple pistles and then now on is a huge growth spurt spacing them out but on Reddit a lot of people are saying different here I’ll show u the soil and there comments and u can judge it
They aren’t wrong my problem was definitely my light unfortunately but I’m getting a upgrade this Friday with a proper tent and the light is a ts600 100w
Evidently there is no Guaranteed Analysis on your soil. This makes it kind of tough to make recommendations I will however be able to watch your plant and give you some recommendations by watching the growth.
Ahhh that definitely is a sign of relief much appreciated and yes I’ll make a post on them there tomorrow but thankyou definitely feel better now but that’s what I got from my research it’s simply showing sex that she’s a female ect but yes very much appreciated and if u don’t mind I’ll keep you updated with how she turns out and the upgrades I do along the way thankyou !
Really ok I’ll definitely get the light it comes Friday I’m gonna finish this of gather my data and then next grow I do I’m going to change the soil to a coco mix as I’ve heard that is good and other bits but when I come to it I’m going to send a message over to you when that time comes and if u don’t mind giving me your expertise on my whole setup thankyou

This may be too much information for you but read this tutorial I wrote on using salt based fertilizer. I have been at this for nearly 50 years and I learn new stuff every day!
WOW ok thankyou i have read all of that and wow 50 years experience im definitely gonna take your word for it a lot of people have down voted his comment and someone has said the same as you about the sex ect and thankyou you definitely have put my worry’s to ease for now I just need Friday to hurry up so I can get that light in and then I’ll be fine and yes i will do my homework on coco and i will definitely keep you updated for my add on I have bio bizz 3 pack it holds bio grow bio bloom and bio max and i also have Epsom salts for magnesium and I also got a bottle of tomorite for backups if needed
Also just realised you said you wrote all of that you must definitely know your stuff I’m gonna take your word on it as I’m brand new to this game and you have 50+ on me so thankyou and I will definitely be keeping in contact with my grow if that’s ok with you again thankyou
I am not the best grower here That would be @420autoflower He gets 3 LBs plants I just am too lazy to do all of the training he does.
I have a bad back and cannot lift a pot of soil so I grow hydroponic. Pumps do all of the heavy lifting. If I could I would grow in Earth boxes with True Living Soil.
