Day 14…

2 wks old today, she has her 5th set of true leaves just starting to come in. As soon as she has 5 full nodes, with the sixth coming in, I will tie her down to start her LST training. So, very soon! Now for the goods…

Getting good growth. That top set doubled in size. :oncoming_fist:

Every day has noticable growth, since day one, the leaves either double in size or a new node starting. Now there is secondary branch growth:flexed_biceps:

I also hit reply before I was done, but yeah I’m stoked, believe it or not, she’s not even the star of the tent! She’s up there, but a couple other girls are going even crazier! Also have one runt, but I kept it because it’s got whorled phyllotaxy. It moving slow but still looks healthy so whatevs

Thanks bro, you got some cool stuff going on too! It’s cool seeing how versatile you’ve become recently in your growing methods.

Thank you! I think she is turning out great, just waiting til she’s ready to tie down, I’m hoping she responds well to LST. Hopefully she stays relatively flexible a little while longer..

Day 16… I decided to start her training today. I tested her flexibility and bent her over 90*. Possibly a hair further as I was trying to get the growth tip below the secondary branching. I will work hard to keep the growth tip tied down for the next couple weeks while she branches out and starts to build an even canopy. With this method I will usually turn 1 top, into 8-12 potential tops.
