I built one. While it seems easiest to change nutes etc at first, it actually needs considerably more babysitting and tweaking because of changes to the nutrient solution.

Also disease spreads rapidly through shared nutes.

If you have a large system it may be worth it, especialy if you can afford technology to manage the chemistry.

But for a 3-4 plant space… I switched to Coco. Lots to learn but much much easier. DTW doesn’t have the same issues.

In order to run that right is expensive in nutrient costs, two plants will be hoplessly entangled in the res. Been there done that. 5 gallon buckets are economical in comparison.

Just made my first Speedrun order! Got 4 packs for 105$ with the Autopotamus discount code. Plus whatever freebies they throw in. Stoked!, next run I hope to have a tent full of awesome breeders I’ve never ran before.
