Regenerative Ag School - Critical Components Of Productivity Flowering Fruiting Plants 2026-013
This video is in response to a video by Rupert Sheldrake comparing the difference between annual and perennial plants. It reminded me of some podcast talks from John Kempf and the importance of managing Calcium and Potassium due to their affect on 2 key hormones within plants. Cytokinins And Auxins have an antagonistic relationship as do Calcium and Potassium as it relates to this discussion. John Kempf, of Advancing Eco Agriculture, describes the critical nutritional points that drive these hormone interactions in a way that allows plant to continue flowering and fruiting WHILE growing HEALTHY vegetative growth, thereby increasing both yield and quality dramatically. This is really a HUGE part of the basis of true plant health and regenerative agriculture at it’s core.
