Hi friends
A little review to the last grow. I have tested different crosses I made an a few cuts I received.
Let’s start with the cuts
Exodus Cheese, it’s more a sweet skunk than a cheese , it reminds me of the oldskool days in the coffee shops in the Netherlands. A really nice smoke , but I was more looking for the cheese pheno.
Frozini, I have grown them the third time , harvest after different times. It’s a nice smoke but nothing special to me. The smell on the fresh buds is amazing but it n the drying and cure the buds lose the terps. I think it’s better to wash her fresh frozen and make rosin out of it to preserve the terps. I think I will not grow her again because I am more the flower guy.
California Orange is still drying and need a bit time till I sample her.
Now to the crosses
BlueZushi x purple indica F1
It’s a nice indica reminds me of a Afghani, the buds are rock hard like nuggets. The couch lock is strong and it’s definitely nothing for the day. The terps are more on the oldskool side and not comparable with the modern strains. I got the feeling it’s a nice breeding tool to give sativa dominant strains a more modern bud structure. I reveg a few of them to make some tests with sativa dominant strains.
Black lime reserve x Cookies F3
This one got my most interest, the lime teprs are amazing and also a light cookie taste in the background is present. There are two phenos and both got the same terps but be different in grow structure. One got a classic main top and the side branches are not the same size. The other pheno got all brunches in the same stage looks like all being main tops, this one is the pheno that pop up more than the other. It’s definitely one of my most liked cross and I will work them out and make some fem seeds too.
AMG x ( Black lime reserve x Cookies) F1
This one I call coffee weed a perfect match with a hot coffee. The terps are hard to describe. The lime teprs are only present in the background. It’s a very strong weed in my opinion the strongest from the hole run. Its special on their own but not comparable with the sweet candy hype strains. At the moment I don’t know if I will do more generation or use them for breeding, maybe I will offer them as R&D to give others the chance to work them out.
MoroZitax x ( Black lime reserve x Cookies) F1
This one is a special one to me the sweet Mandarin terps with the lime background is the perfect smoke for the summer . It’s a balance high and could be nice for the daytime too. I will definitely grow more of them to get a better review of the cross.

It’s a shame that exodus wasn’t carrying that crazy rotten cabbage or something funk that the cheeses carry I pleaded with seedsman seeds to bring back there cheese 
seeds an because it’s not a popular choice they kept saying no I grew about 20 of them over the years indoor an out an they always produced frosty buds with excellent cheese terps a bit of variation in smell with some being sweeter then others but it was super good smoke .Another example of a lost winner with potentially awesome prospect like Dinafems kushncheese another winner

Yes some old strains got lost over the time but can be found again I think , it’s hard but with the right starting sedds it’s possible. It will coast a lot of time so to me it’s more like " pop some seeds for luck" maybe I find something I like maybe not.
The Exodus cheese are from Nirvana and for sure they are a nice smoke.

Yes I hope to get the girls back especially the MoroZitax x (Black lime reserve x Cookies) she got a very special terpen profile I really like. It’s a Mandarin taste with lime background , I think about to look deeper in the cross maybe I can isolate the pheno in seed form.
From what I’ve seen the Black lime reserve x Cookies is a very good breeding tool and I will definitely make some more test crosses. My feeling says cross them with the Gelonoidz because the terps could definitely harmonizes.

Hi friends
Little update, it looks like the girls show the first signs of reveg. Makes me really happy if it works , I talked to my crew and found places to grow new mother plants out of them. The plan is to grow them big enough to make cuts , but them in quarantine, and make new mothers out of it.
The reveged plants will be grown outside to see how the develope under the sun.
The next grow is also planned, the setup is cleaned and tomorrow I will buy new soil.
I will grow the Gelonoidz x Orange Assault f2, I will start in the first round with 40 seeds. It’s a photo x auto project and I will hunt for the autoflower phenos. I hope to find a male in the first round , that would be easier because I can harvest pollen and store them in the freezer. The best would be to find both female and male but who knows.
@Antonio I got a question, I have read that it is possible to hold a autoflower female in veg or reduce the speed of flower with triacontanol, do you got experience with that or do you know what ppm is needed?

Yeah definitely feeling better, time to start the new grow can’t wait to hunt for a new autoflower , we will see what the Gelonoidz x Orange Assault f2 will offer.

Good morning friends
I talked to a friend who tested it to hold a autoflower in veg for around 4 weeks after showing sex, so it will worked.
That’s the spray he used and he sprayed every day till the light is on. After stop spraying the plant started to flower the normal way after around 3 days. He got enough of the solution left so I will try it myself to see how it works.

I use triacontanol in the form of Snow Storm Ultra. It doesn’t do anything like that, if anything I think it speeds the veg period up. However I am using that product at a lower dose than recommended.

Maybe it’s the brass but I don’t know exactly, I have heard that it’s the triacontanol in a high dose than the foliar feeding sprays got.
My plan is to grow 40 of the Gelonoidz x Orange Assault f2 and if I only find a female auto , I will spray her with the solution and pop some more of the seeds till I find a auto male , than I will let the girl flower and pollinate her, but with a bit luck I will find a male in the first round.

No it’s my third project photo x auto , the both other was the Orange Assault and the other was a auto duck ( those seeds got lost to the cops years ago without any chance to get them back) .
I decided to make some more photo x auto using the best crosses I made from my photoperiod collection.

In the time I have made the other photo x auto I got much more space for selecting. I was able to grow around 100 plants in my old location, nowadays I can grow around 40 plants for the selection but I got a crew in the background who help with mother plants.

I liked the dinafem seed line. I bought up some of there seeds when I had a chance before they totally weren’t coming back.
