I realize hollywood is dumb and they seem to have run out of new movie ideas but some movies shouldnāt be remade! I saw while scrolling last night they did a remake series of that movie Man on Fire but in my opinion nobody can replace Denzel! Who cares about the original the Denzel version was the shit!

Iāve got 3 sets of old grow lights in the garage. Lol Still havenāt opened the new light from Mo. I did tell my son in law he could have the light Iām using now. Seriously why donāt you throw the Medic Grow on marketplace or something? Should be able to get $150 range.

Yeah I hear you there we bought our house around that same time and itās doubled in value. I would love to sell but then I canāt afford anything now. Houses here have gone through the roof we paid 80k for our house and now we get offers for 150k+ but any house we want in the country is 250k+ if we sold Iād have to live in the camper

I probably will at some point! I just fuck with everyone mentioning a new light to buy this instead! Since they donāt need a bunch of lumens and i can run it low i actually was gonna use it in my moms 4x4 she wants to grow cucumbers in in the spare bedroom!

In the early 2000ās they were giving houses away here in Buffalo after the population dropped from 600,000 (1990) to 350,000 (2000). My house was $35k in 1992, but in 2005 the houses next to me went for $5k, $6k, $8k, and a couple they knocked down because nobody wanted them for $5k. Now that the Feds relocated all the refugees here, houses in my 'hood start at $200,000. I wanted to get the house next door when it was $11k, but the wife said āNo way, you didnāt even finish my house yet.ā I still havenāt finished it, so maybe she was right.

My dad and uncle were buying houses on the south side of OKC for 2k in the eighties. 60 to 100+k now. Lol

We lived in lakewood in Dallas at one point and it was close enough to white rock lake there were little offshoot canals running behind the houses! Most the houses were built in the 50ās and 60ās but were still expensive af! My parents paid more for rent there 15yrs ago then they pay now at this place! My mom was friends with the girl next door and she lived with her mom who was a major hoarder! At one point she was gonna lose her house to back taxes so she sold it at the last minute for $50k! Those people put like $100k into it and sold it for a little over $900k! Prob worth like $1.5mil now cuz they have built tons of Mc Mansions over there and done tons of development cuz this was like 10-15yrs ago!
