I mix the EWC’s together with the dry amendments in a container and spread evenly over the top. Before I started using straw I would incorporate them in the soil but still mixed them in a container. I does make sense the way you do it but I’m not retired and have too much other shit to do.

Won’t use them until Sept but I got a 5 pack of AC Infinity 3.4 gal fabric pots. They also have a 5 gal version.
They are 9.5" square (13.5" diagonal) so I had to get 14" round saucers brcause square ones are hard to find.
You see that they have loops to support stakes. I have read that the tops/sides of square bags want to bulge so I might put pvc pipe in there to control that.
The bags are highly rated but round ones would have been easier.

Barneys farm order came in finally! Pretty good haul, the grinder and stash jar were a surprise, according to the receipt I thought I was only getting one or the other.

Yes, Albondigas Soup. The beef stock we had at the restaurant came from boiling 80 - 100 pounds of beef chuck to make taco meat.

Yes, It would solidify overnight in the walk-in and we just lifted it off. Skimming works just fine.

I bought two five packs of Vivosun 7s with grommets the other day, I think $16 a piece. I want to try the 10gal trash can and the Grass Roots living soil bags with the liner. Probably just do 2 or 3 ten gallons out of 6 next grow.
