My order from Great lakes genetics never came. I am talking about the original one that DBJ said would still come even though he gave me a store credit. Then I got an update saying that package arrived at a new facility. I open the tracking and it says order removed from system please contact sender lol.
So the moral is Chicago/Detroit just loses or steals packages. I thought that was weird lol.

Now I am craving Albondigas! I find that a lot of home cooks cut back on the fresh mint out of fear that it will overpower the other spices in the meat balls but it just does not work like that.
