I did my time in Portsmouth City Jail (later condemned as uninhabitable), Virginia Beach Jail, Lewisburg Penitentiary, Raybrook FCI, and Allenwood FPC. In K-dorm in the basement of Lewisburg there were waist-high dividers between toilets. While I was doing dukey a dude shouted to me, âWhatâs the highest hand in poker?â Iâm not much at poker, but I guessed, âA flush?â He answered, âCan you take a hint?â Thatâs how I learned the protocol that youâre supposed to flush before youâre finished, as soon as the load hits the water, so nobody has to smell the stink.

When I had the e-Coli infection in 2024 the antibiotics wiped out my gut biome, and it took a while to get back to mostly normal. The infectious disease specialist said the fastest way to re-establish my gut biome would be a shit smoothie.
I didnât do that, but I did do a lot of probiotics. I still use 2 tablespoons of flax meal and 1.5 teaspoons of psillium powder to stay regular. The infection wiped out my ability to digest lactose too, so I pop 18,000 i.u. of lactase enzyme every time I eat cheese, ice cream, or any milk products.

Here is some interesting news:
I have a belief based on my personal life that antibiotics when I was young destroyed my gut biome never to be the same again. Through the years I have killed off that biome many times so that it cannot possibly resemble anything of its original make-up. This in turn has led to IBS, Food Allergies, Kidney Stones can be from a missing Oxalobacter formigenes. Glutin intolerance. Most of my ailments can be traced to my digestive system. I am not saying they are caused by the limited biome but all of them have scientific links to various biotic strains.
What about all of the unknown strains that got killed with that first round of antibiotics? I think we may find that we should save a sample of our stool cryogenically before we ever take an antibiotic. Then when needed we could thaw out a sample and have a Shit Shake when needed.
