It was something outside the norm for sure. That’s the kind of stuff I find fun to grow. Great weed is pennies at the shops around here lately, they’ve gotten much better stuff. I’m hoping it arrives, it’s been longer than expected in the mail.
Tangent about stuff outside the norm, I grew out an Egyptian strain years ago, Sanai. The buzz was very strange; energy rushes from one part of the body to another, heat flushes, tingles, super weird. We have domesticated pot so much, but the ancient landraces were completely untamed and wild. Our ancestors really put in the work for us. Now I fear we go too far into selective breeding, choosing traits that appeal while losing things we didn’t realize were important. We need more landrace growers, or at least folks willing to experiment with them. Maybe someone will be inspired to try something untapped.
Yes dude! I’ve been thinking the same thing. Currently working on collecting older “plainer” things. I haven’t had anything like what you described above. Sounds so nice. I’ll be watching for your BW run.
First real weed I ever smoked was Vietnamese. My buddy had a friend still over there anf he sent him a 10 pack of joints through the mail. That stuff was smokable LSD! Found some seeds in it and it was the first thing I ever grew. That stuff would give me a heart attack these days!
I grew some Lao Sa a while back. One hit was enough for a pleasant head buzz and relaxed but not stoned relaxed.
