Nice bro tag me when f you start them. I have so much photoperiod crosses and breeding the last 3 years,it’s time to make some autoflower out of it. The first one will be Gelonoidz x Orange Assault, the F2 seeds are looking good and after the current grow I start the auto hunt. There are some more I got interest in turning into a auto but step by step I am not in a hurry.

Yesterday one of my local grower friends show up with some really nice O-Haze from the Golli selection. It was such a nice clean high without any body stone.

You are right @Waira , some of the younger members of the crew were also around and they don’t wanted to try and said it’s crappy weed. That’s the thing the modern market doesn’t have pure Sativa and no one of them wants 18 weeks of flower.

I was happy to try it and more than happy my buddy bought the seeds from my MadMac. The last time I have smoked a good haze was years ago , MadMac visited me and offered me some samples and I still remember the incredible high.

Mac was nothing but good to me, fantastic shares of such generosity… His grow thread was a forum itself practically!

You know, I have some of his seeds, hybrid type crosses mainly but all original material!

I’ll get you a list to ponder if you fancy, mate… reg’s mostly… but they ain’t getting any younger and I’d love for some of them to find new grow homes!

I really want to get his Doors x OHz repro’ed and fem’ed, but my seed count is low… Maybe a plea at GMC could shake more loose?
This is a cross with a very unexpected result: unbelievable speed! In both UK and Germany it can finish OD’s in about 9 weeks; mine finished even faster here! Doors itself is nearly all Haze, long cycle too; OHz, well, you know… How this ended up with semi-auto type speed is an utter mystery… She is truly special!

You are right MadMac is a very nice guy meet him several times and hope to got it to Mary Jane expo in Berlin, he told he will be there too.

I hope to find the time to grow some of his stuff again but at the moment my focus is on my own projects. The last year’s I put so much work in breeding photoperiod and now it’s time to turn some of the great crosses in autoflower. I will start with the Gelonoidz because that’s the most liked strain in my area at the moment and much people asking me to make the Gelonoidz first.

Yes crazy dudes I tell but that’s the youn folks. In younger days the high was what people hunting for , now it’s all about the terps but to me that’s not all. It’s hard to find a good sativa if you don’t grow it yourself. I am happy to got a few sativa heads around they are willing to share flowers with me.

The most of the younger growers haven’t seen buds like this , only on a picture.

I swear it’s a generational thing,… and lack of exposure and knowledge leads the young’uns to become rather one-dimensional when it comes to cannabis LOL

They forget, or never learn where these “modern” cultivars came from, and where those older foundation cultivars came from…

Oh and marketing hype/pop culture gets a big hunk of blame too!

I do see some increasing interest in older cultivars, but it’s just a smattering…

There are still many of those Ive not grown, and/or smoked in years and years …White Widow, Greek Crack, Blue Dream, SSH/SLH, NL and family… And if I want them, I’ll have to grow them!

As you know over at GMC there are several peep’s going old(er) school, and landrace/heirloom crazy …. Right now a cat named Ray has an old cultivar called NLX that looks fantastic, time-warp looks and aroma right out of the ‘90’s… have a look when you can

AHH with legalisation some older people grow the classics the know from their younger days, I smoked some nice Blue Dream on of the girl’s have grown they used the seeds from Humboldt seed company as I know right.
