5x5 has been getting a few leaves taken and got some lst tonight. I knew these strains were supposed to be small and bushy but damn this things are tiny. I’ve moved away from rockwool in soil. I have a ton of the cubes but they aren’t worth the troubles.

Damn tryed that and had no success in the long term, at least that hugo drys away faster than before. It needs more like every 3 hours now rather then 3x a day…

That’s weird is the solution running down the sides and not absorbing into the cube?
If your setup allows it, you can try bottom soaking. Or some yucca or other surfactant could maybe help.

Can’t dunk or flood this one to the needed level- it sits on coco (luckily as it saved the plant from dying that day of dry out). The solution goes into the cube -mostly-and literally runs through. Sideflow is possible if the top-layer doesn’t absorb and dryed hard already. Timing and monitoring turned even more unforgiving now.

I dont know bud. Ive made stupid mistakes before, leaving a valve closed and forgetting to switch timer back on, where my cubes dried out and didnt have issues with rehydrating. Good luck with it.

One grow coming to an end and another grow about to sprout.
Got my Seed Supreme Gushers in the mail this weekend. Ive got a fun one planned for us on this run. We are going to have a side by side going with organic soil vs hydro. These Gushers are also photos so switching up from the normal auto runs. I’ll also be 420scrogging both plants which hasnt been done by very many people that Im aware of. Most successful 420scrogs are autoflowers and Im not aware of a successful organic soil 420scrog auto or photo. Not a plant that compares to the hydro plants.

A surfactant is a good idea @GasPlease ! Also you can tie some wet sponges or wrap wet paper towels around it and water it in, might slow down the process and let it wet up again.

I like the wet sponge idea too. Never thought of it. Maybe just laying them on the top of the cube and keep them wet would work.

Having that door unexpectedly opened for me has also opened my eyes to the possibility of some financial relief coming from this hobby and passion. I’ve been putting a blueprint together on how I can build a community around this plant and then leverage that community into benefits for everyone involved.
Part of that blueprint is a hub over on Discord. The first thing I want to be clear on is that I’m not trying to move any following I have here away from the forum. That isn’t the goal. I’ll still be active here, but Discord will be more of a detailed, “behind the scenes” look at the grows in the Gas Chamber. Ideally, there will be some crossover from the different forums, and I can bring some new members over to AFN.
Since I’m starting to post my work in multiple places, Discord gives me a central hub to bring like-minded people together and allows for much better organization of the data. Its in the very early stages still and will be fleshed out over time, but I think it’s functional enough for people to join if they’re interested: The Gas Chamber

Thats the first Ive heard of it. I googled and it said starting march 2026 but I didnt have to provide ID. I didnt get any notices about the change either. Im not a fan of requiring ID at all. Im going to be pissed if I wasted half a day setting this thing up. 
Edit: Did some more digging and I believe its a regional thing. Mainly across the pond and a few states in the US. From what I understand its actually related to laws not discords policy.
The Gas Chamber doesn’t require any ID or documentation to join, if you’re in a standard region.

I definitely didn’t think that you or your channel would require any form of ID, I just did not know if discord was requiring one to sign up these days.
